After having used our wares from his apprentice days right up until being Head Chef of Longrain, when renowned chef Louis Tikaram (alongside David Combes and Grant Smillie) opened E.P. & L.P in LA and couldn’t find any plates he liked, we were very excited to get involved!
Taking inspiration from Chinese, Vietnamese and Fijian cooking, Louis' food looks amazing on our Terra and Tapas collections. With a fitout equally as cool as the food, we are super proud to play a small part in another Aussie led venue absolutely kicking goals in the US!
