We send orders via Australia Post, Australia Wide. Shipping information will be given once your order is dispatched.
Retail customers:
Orders placed online within Australia valued at over $100 receive free shipping. Orders under this amount will have freight calculated at checkout. Workshop and Paint Your Own purchases in our Outlet that require postage will be charged separately. We use Australia Post and Couriers Please and Borders Express to ship orders around Australia.
International shipping:
Freight is calculated based on the items in your cart, with the best chosen. We use Australia Post and DHL for international Shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery once dispatched.
Wholesale customers:
Shipping is charged at Borders Express rates.
We ship your items in boxes that are designed to protect your purchases. For this reason, we recommend you keep the original packaging at least 14 days after receiving your order.
‘Robert Gordon Collections’ are individually handmade to order, please expect 3-4 weeks for your items to arrive following payment. If all items in your order are already in stock, they will be dispatched within 4-5 business days.
Pre-Orders:
Orders will be dispatched from 15th October. Estimated arrival date is subject to change, if there are significant delays we will advise. Please note if you order pieces from the Robert Gordon x Jade Kisnorbo Collection and other items on the same order, your entire order will be dispatched in line with the dispatch timing of the Robert Gordon x Jade Kisnorbo Collection.
