Together with the team at Cardigang, we have created a signature yarn bowl to make your crafting process all the more enjoyable.

Made for beginner and proficient knitters alike, the bowl features a scallop ruffle edge to help your yarn stay clean, organized and tangle free. Our design provides a contained space for the yarn to unravel smoothly, preventing it from rolling around or getting caught on other objects. Robert Gordon is proud to join the knit revolution!

Founded by friends Cat Bloxsom and Morgan Collins, Cardigang is a vibrant, Australian-born brand that's redefining the world of knitting and crochet. What started as a lockdown hobby in 2020 quickly transformed into a mission to make DIY knitwear fun, colourful and irresistibly stylish.

I have such fond memories of my grandmother and my mother knitting my siblings and I jumpers and clothing, often worn whilst spending time at the pottery and passed down from siblings. It's a craft and practice I so admire and it's a little nostalgic to see a yarn bowl feature in our collection, a nod to our love for all things crafted and handmade. Cardigang have truly led the knit revival, making this pastime so fun and cool and I just had to ask them to be involved.

How to use our yarn bowl:

Using the bowl is simple - just place your ball of yarn into it (the chunky yarn by Cardigang is a perfect fit) thread the tail of the yarn through the the hole on the side. The ball of yarn will stay inside the bowl as you work without tangling! You can also store your work in progress project in the bowl to keep out on your coffee table, bedside table, or craft table.
